The Companion Rover 200Ah is built using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, specifically utilised for its superior safety profile and thermal stability. This battery is designed to provide consistent voltage throughout the entire discharge cycle, making it ideal for running high-draw appliances through large inverters. At only 19.6kg, it offers a massive weight saving of approximately 65% compared to an equivalent 200Ah AGM battery, allowing for more gear to be carried within vehicle GVM limits. With a 200A continuous discharge capability, it is one of the few single-battery solutions capable of powering induction cooktops, coffee machines, and microwaves simultaneously.
